Change Management Training
We are all facing change at an unprecedented pace. The Management of Change training enables practitioners to draw on a wide range of approaches to ensure that the changes needed for an organisation to succeed are able to be delivered and embedded. It can be undertaken as classroom, self-study or if the qualifications are not needed, as a workshop.
Management of Change requires practitioners to understand a wide range of approaches, tools and techniques to be able to apply them appropriately. The course takes delegates through change theories relating to individuals, teams and at organisational levels. The qualifications can be undertaken at Foundation and Practitioner levels; while workshops can be designed to tailor the information to a particular organisation or situation.
Earned Value Management
Earned Value Management (EVM) is a technique used in Project Management for measuring project progress and performance. Using EVM, organisations are able to produce accurate forecasts of project performance problems and deal with them in a timely fashion.
EVM finds variances in projects based on the comparison of worked performed and work planned using a systematic project management process which produces quantitative data for project decision making.
